BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • ALL RATES QUOTED ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT TIME OF BOOKING AND/OR IF GROUP SPACE DOES NOT FILL. 

       

  • A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF ​$200.00PP IS DUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO SECURE YOUR SPACE.

  • A REQUIRED MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT OF $175.00 PER PERSON IS DUE BY THE 30TH OF EVERY MONTH BETWEEN NOVEMBER 2019  - JUNE 2020.

       

  • FINAL PAYMENT DUE BY JULY 10, 2020.

       

  • ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE AT ALL TIMES.

       

  • A VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL. PASSPORTS MUST BE VALID FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS AFTER YOUR TRAVEL DATES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.

 

       

  • OUR INFAMOUS TRIP MEET & GREET WILL BE HOSTED FOR ALL REGISTERED TRAVELERS 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.

       

  • OFFICIAL ITINERARIES AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS WILL BE ISSUED ON OR AFTER AUGUST 9, 2020.   

         

  • EACH TRAVELER IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER IN THE SAME NAME THAT IS SHOWN ON THEIR PASSPORT. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN NAME CHANGE FEES FOR THE TRAVELER. 

  

       

  • IF YOU HAVE A ROOMMATE ALL PARTIES MUST BOOK ON THE SAME DATE.     

       

  • A $150.00 CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY TO ALL CANCELLED RESERVATIONS. THIS FEE IS PER PERSON PER RESERVATION AND IS IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER CANCELLATION FEES THAT MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BOOKING.   

       

  • EACH TRAVELER MUST ADHERE TO THE MONTHLY PAYMENT SCHEDULE SET FORTH OTHERWISE A $30.00 PER PERSON LATE FEE WILL BE ACCESSED TO YOUR BOOKING EACH TIME PAYMENT IS LATE.   

       

  • IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION WHERE THE OCCUPANCY BOOKED IS DOUBLE OR GREATER, TRAVELERS WHO REMAIN ON THE BOOKING WILL BE 100% FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REMAINING BALANCES OWED SINCE THE BOOKING WILL AUTOMATICALLY ADJUST TO THE TRUE OCCUPANCY HELD. THIS WILL APPLY EVEN IF THE REMAINING TRAVELER(S) HAS PAID THEIR RESERVATION IN FULL. YES WE KNOW THAT REALLY DOES SUCK. SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT BOTH, YOU AND YOUR ROOMMATE HAVE A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING AND ARE ON THE SAME PAGE BEFORE BOOKING.
